”It was very inconvenient having to enter the airport every time we returned to our room but my bad for not realizing the hotel was located on airport property. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the type of room this was. It was a small room with a very tiny bathroom. Not many parking spots either. This is a convenient place to stay if you’re needing somewhere to sleep after a flight and I guess that is what you’re paying $200/a night. ”

”The staff was friendly. They put us in a regular room when i booked a suite. There were lights out. We got dog hair on our belongings from not being vacuumed well and ants in the bathroom. ”

”Our room was clean, there were virtually no amenities; outside the weekdays during the first shift, there is no staff visible to service customers- problems don’t get resolved until the next morning- maybe; scratching inside the wall (some kind of animal; LASTLY AND NOT THE LEAST- WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE MICE IN OUR ROOM- NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO REPORT IT, SPOTTED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY. HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING.”

”They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit”

”The staff was very nice and helpful. Very friendly people. The outlets in my room didn’t work, except by the sink and by the bed. The outlet in those lamps did not work at all. Also, the microwave in the coffee maker were not plugged in when I looked to see if there was an outlet near them now that coffee maker and microwave was on display like if it was Walmart because I couldn’t use them. However, I move the microwave and plugged it in to the outlet by the bed that was in the wall. Breakfast...

”This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is amazing. They have a market to grab snacks. I loved the reading nook in the room. It’s a lovely feature! Also the lighting over the working desk area makes working on your computer more illuminating. There are not dresser drawers and the closet area is tiny (not a problem for me). However, the refrigerator and microwave are nice features without paying extra. ”

”The sheets were stained with appeared to be lubricant. I attached a picture. Didn’t notice until morning. It was disgusting. The lobby smelled when you walked in like a very dirty person.”

”PROS: Comfortable bed, nature view (even side of hallways), reasonable hot breakfast. CONS: $8 parking per day, lights in room were mostly dim, soap amount was low at beginning of my stay, hotel itself and the room showed many signs of wear, toilet is quite low hence ultra uncomfortable.”
