”You can tell the staff truly cares about the property. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were updated, the front desk attendant was very personable. My kids loved the towel elephant on the bed waiting for us too. The walking distance to the island was more convenient than if we had parked in the parking lot at the island. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

”Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!”

”The pool was full of kids , screaming and splashing like crazy. My kids didn’t want to be knocked out so we chose not to go in the pool. The breakfast was not free. We had to pay for adults only. The waitress was so kind and that was the highlight of the hotel. We asked for extra pillows and it seemed to be an innocence for the staff to get it for us. ”

”Hard boiled eggs would be great and more vegetarian options since it is a paid breakfast. The cheese on the eggs was like glue, maybe try a different cheese on the omelettes. Also like labels cards for the food would be great”

”Parking was atrocious if you want to park your own car! My card wouldn't open the gate to parking 2 separate times! I had to back out into traffic and heavy foot traffic both times to go return to the Hotel and get the card changed. Finally gave up. They do have valet parking though if you don't mind teenage kids parking your $80,000 truck! Then it stopped working for our room door. Had to get it replaced twice. The place is very nice but the parking and the room/parking card was a real...

”staff was AMAZING. rooms were a little dated. Some smell of mold in the room. I had a heavy feeling in my chest when i was in the room which leads me to believe there is some kind of allergic reaction going on. Kitchen was a plus. Breakfast did the job but not great. Walls a bit thin and lots of kids. Staff was accommodating so really any issues i had, i was willing to overlook leading to the higher rating. ”
