The house was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed being able to spread out over three floors. All of us enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. In fact, the younger kids would have been happy running from the game room to the hot tub all day. The house was large and had plenty of kitchen supplies and storage areas. We also appreciated the laundry machines.
We did have a small issue with the fancy, dancy lock device on the garage door entry. It quit working the second day we were there. We contacted the property manager and he gave us the code to the front door of the house. This was much, much, much, much more efficient than the door lock going into the garage. I am convinced the only people that lock would keep out would be those renting the property. It would have been much less stressful if we would have been given the front door code from the beginning.
Only one concern. We were told that quiet hours were from 10-7 a.m. each day. The first two nights the gentleman's club operating next to us did not follow those guidelines. Both nights we had yelling, laughing, music, etc. until 4:30 a.m. The third night they were relatively quiet but there were two guys throwing up on the lawn when we woke up. To our relief, they checked out and it was peaceful and quiet for the rest of our stay. This is something that should have been handled the first night by the security staff at the welcome center. Other than that isolated incident, we had an enjoyable stay.
