Olemme äskettäin ostaneet tämän talon ja asentaneet uuden maton, maalin, patjojen, ovien ja huonekalujen. Olemme innoissamme jakaa loma pako kanssasi. Koti on 1100 neliöjalkaa metsäinen paljon kaupungin ulkopuolella hiljaisella sub jako. Talo on 3 kilometrin päässä keskustasta Leadville, 5 kilometrin on Turquoise järven ja 10 mailia Ski Cooper.
Tämä Mountain Home tarjoaa vuoren harrastaja mahdollisuus tehdä melkein mitä he haluavat! Hiihto, vaellus, moottorikelkkailu, kalastus, metsästys ja maastopyöräilyyn. Voit myös ajaa maailmanluokan hiihtokeskuksissa (Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco ja Breckenridge) alle tunnissa.

Koti on päivitetty keittiö, parketit, takka, 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, ja wifi kaapeli-tv. Olemme juuri ostanut kaikki uudet vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet myös.

Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king size-vuode on oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kolmannella makuuhuoneella on kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

Kotimme on lisensoitu Lake County Land Use, License # 2018-75

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect for our family of 5 and had plenty of room for everyone. The fireplace was perfect on the cool mornings and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was super clean when we arrived and very comfortable! Best of all, the location is perfect for getting lots of hiking or fishing in which we did daily. So many beautiful trails are less than an hour away plus Turquoise Lake is very close as well. Downtown Leadville is minutes away where there’s plenty of restaurants and the grocery is a 5 minute drive. Perfect spot to spend a week in the beautiful Colorado mountains!

Relaxing time in the mountains

Great stay at a very nice home. Great communication with Rich. Everything was as stated in description and other reviews. Rich did tell us the ice maker was not always working so we picked up a couple bags of ice for the week no big deal, maybe a few ice cube trays would be nice but other than that our stay was perfect. Thank you Rich for sharing your home with us.

Comfy little getaway

Perfect location for skiing different mountains. Keystone, Copper, Vail, Breck, Ski Cooper and Beaver Creek all within striking distance. Leadville is a cool little town too.

Great Place in Leadville

Property was just as described, actually better as the description said 1 bathroom and there were actually 2. Easy to find, close to town, well appointed. The house itself was older but everything was new or updated on the inside. Definitely a return stay when we are back in the area.

Hallmark Movie

Home was very cozy and definitely made our Christmas feel like a hallmark movie. The house was in good condition clean, and omg beds were so comfy. We couldn't get the internet to connect to TV, so we just watched the movies they had on DVD but made it all worth it they had a good dvd collection. I would love to visit again

Wonderfully remodeled home just outside of Leadville, in quiet neighborhood. Modern kitchen, washer/dryer, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Great location for exploring hiking trails in the area. Hope to stay there again sometime!

Perfect home away from home

Great place, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. This house has been updated and is very nice in a quite neighborhood. We brought our grandsons to leadville for a lake trout fishing trip. Very successful fishing at Turquoise Lake. We enjoyed walking around Leadville and seeing the various sights going back to the house was just perfect.

Perfect stay for mountain adventures

2 week Leadville Stay

We stayed for two weeks for the Leadville 100 Mtn Bike race. Owwner was extremely helpful, house had everything we needed. Location was great, not in the middle of town but in a quiet neighborhhod so lots of parking. And we used the garage to house 4 bikes and lots of tools and parts. Kitchen was sufficient and all the paper products, soaps, detergents were all provided. Will definately stay again.

Family Trip

The property was perfect for our needs. It was far enough away from town to feel more secluded and close enough to town and trails so the drive wasn't too long. If the property is available, we would love to stay here again! Clean, comfy and close to everything! :)

Leadville Motorcycle Trip

This is a fantastic little home very close to Leadville. We stayed here while on a three-day back country motorcycle trip. It is very close to downtown Leadville where you will find nice restaurants and places to shop. I will definitely book this place again if I'm back in the area.

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable

This home is so comfy and clean! Very well supplied and decorated beautifully. In a neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. I had two elderly ladies with me for Mothers day and this residence was perfect with no stairs. Would highly recommend this home and was even better than advertised. :)

This property was close to Cooper, downtown Leadville and a beautiful drive to Mt. Princeton hot springs! What a beautiful historic town to visit, loved the mining museum. Great coffee shops too!
