    Upealla paikalla rauhallisella kahdella hehtaarilla kauniilla alppinäköalalla, tämä koti on täydellinen seuraavallesi Leavenworth-lomallesi! Eagle Creek kulkee kiinteistön läpi pienellä vesiputouksella ja polulla, joka on ihanteellinen luontoretkille, lumikenkäilyyn tai piknikille. For us the location was perfect. This is such a lovely home. The furnishings were all comfortable and had such an “at home” feel. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and had everything that we needed, even a large selection of spices available. Our stay was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our group of 6. A Perfect ‘Little’ Escape in Leavenworth

This was my second time staying at this cabin, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The cabin is quiet, clean, and spacious - the perfect place to relax, recharge and get out of the city. It feels peaceful and secluded, yet it's still conveniently close to town. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and easy to settle into. I already can’t wait to come back again!

Great weekend

Great house

This is our second year staying here! The house is very clean and well kept! Great layout with plenty of space! The kids loved sledding in the yard and playing outside. About 10 mins from town so quick drive to do anything in town!

A family favorite

We have booked this property several times over the years because of the calm, relaxing environment and natural beauty that our family loves escaping to. The house is clean and well-maintained with a lovely interior aesthetic, but our favorite part is the large back deck where we can sit with our coffee and enjoy the sights and sounds of the forest and birds (and sometimes the neighboring chickens)! Game room and large back lawn are great for family activities. Great location: a short drive to town but detached from any crowds. Close to recreation with National Forest and Sno-Park access at the end of the valley road just a few miles from the house. This property is the ideal balance for us between the access to outdoor recreation and a relaxing environment at the house, where the family can unplug and make memories together. We hope to make many more!

Magical holiday

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in this lovely home and felt far away from the bustling crowd, yet were only a short drive to be in the center of town where all the activity was. The kitchen was nicely equipped and a joy to prepare our meals and we took full advantage of the fireplace. The only downside was that we had to watch the Apple Cup on our computer. We will definitely be back someday.

Really confused by the 5 star reviews

The house itself is nice, great kitchen that is well stocked, although the pots and pans, etc are very old. It's clean, has a nice view, and a quick drive into town, but there are more negatives than positives unfortunately. Here are some things not mentioned (or buried in the listing description) that I wish I knew before booking: 1. There is a tenant living in a garage apartment that is *attached* to the house. I don't think they were there during our stay, but this factor alone would have kept me from booking in the first place. 2. The water absolutely reeks of rotten eggs. There are signs inside the house that mentioned a "slight" sulfur smell due to well water but it is not slight in the least. We tried to fill the nice jetted tub in the bathroom and the ENTIRE house smelled of rotten eggs before it was even half full. Completely unusable tub, and the showers were no better. Even washing dishes felt gross. 3. The next door neighbors have multiple barking dogs that they let run loose all over the property. My kids could not play outside in the snow due to fear of the dogs. 4. Both of the fireplaces were out of order which was really disappointing. There is also zero cell service. None. Altogether, not a very pleasant stay, as there were too many accumulative negatives.

Amazing Vacation

Winter weekend getaway

Celebrated a birthday in this home with five friends. It was such a fun place to stay. Perfect size, comfortable furniture, beautiful location. Kitchen was open and easy to prepare meals. We would definitely come back. The only wish we had was that checkout would be 11 instead of 10. An hour makes a big difference.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

This house was ideal for 3 Adult Couples. My husband and I booked everything as an early Christmas gift for us and our 2 daughters and sons-in-law. Spacious, clean, and convenient location to everything we wanted to do! The property manager was responsive to everything! The 60’s CDs while we played Uno, Shuffleboard and darts every night were awesome! The kitchen had everything I needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. It’s an easy jaunt to town and hiking! We were very comfortable during our 5-day stay!

Not what was promised

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never left anything but a full five star rating. I m generally pretty forgiving and looking for the positive. This one has some positives. The house has the best supplied kitchen of any vacation rental I be ever stayed in. The air coniditiong was essential for the 100 degree heat. And the hammock overlooking the mountains were great. So there is a lot of positive. The negatives were small but cummalative. So many to make for simply a bad rental experience. The listing does not represent the house. it is in a suburban type track outside of town. Given the description with the acres named we were expecting more of a private isolated experience. (The "waterfall" they note is in fact a little mucky stream only reached through some thistles. And there are houses all around.) game room with shuffleboard and darts were promised but there was no shuffleboard sand/wax so impossible to play and darts were mostly broken or missing. The check in and check out time are clearly stated so my bad - I did not read carefully enough to see it was a 4pm check in (kinda late) and a 10am check out (quite early), which combined with more intensive list of clean up duties requested and cleaners who arrived 15 minutes early made for a stressful experience. Not the vacation vibe we were hoping for.

Really cool spot

Really nice location and property. We loved the spacious yard, privacy, and great territorial views. Nice spot for a family hang-out, close enough to downtown Leavenworth. My only issue is with Vacasa. This is the second time I have been to a property managed by them where they give you 1 dishwasher tablet for a 3 night stay and have no extra lightbulbs to replace the ones burnt out (in the game room). When a property costs this much to rent, why not splurge on the extra $0.50 for a few extra dishwashing tabs? It's kind of ridiculous. Again, the property and home were great.

Beautiful House

This was a beautiful house and we enjoyed staying in it. The house was clean and comfortable. There were a couple things that were a bit disappointing. It said that it sleeps 8 however their are only 3 beds. They did provide a blow up mattress in one of the closets but I was expecting a pull out couch not a blow up mattress. They mentioned in the description that there is a waterfall with a nature trail. We were looking forward to relaxing while listening to the water etc. This is not at all what was described. The path was very overgrown, there were nettles everywhere and the waterfall is manmade out of a pipe. Not what we were hoping for. Other than that this was a great spot. As I said earlier the house is beautiful and the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room provided a comfortable lounging space.

My husband and I with 2 other couples, came to Leavenworth for my 40th birthday. We loved the location of this home. We came from the city area and the nature was wonderful. It was very quiet, clean, cozy and great for some couples to be away from the kids for the weekend. Next time we come to Leavenworth, I'll be checking to see if this location is available again. Nice Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and air-conditioned house. There was adequate space for two teenagers, their parents and grandparents. Eating on the deck and listening to the birds and babbling brook was delightful. Some guests would benefit from knowing that there is a "no shoes in the house" policy so that they can bring slippers. Anyone with mobility issues should know that the shower on the main level requires climbing into the deep jetted tub.

Weekend getaway.

We rented the property for a weekend getaway. Overall the experience was excellent, lots of good laughs, cozy home, and comfortable for a group of people. Upon arrival the garbages were full, dishes in cupboard you had to pick and choose which ones were dirty or not.. and the master bedroom window was open. Dirty dishes and full garbage cans inside the cabin, kind of make people wonder about the cleanliness of everything else. But overall it was a great home and weekend getaway. Would definitely stay there again.
