The home was incredible. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, incredible media room, close to town, on the river, so many wonderful attributes. Our group of six, in town to hike and hang out/relax, loved everything about this house. We will definitely be back.

Great group/family house!

This was a great house with lots of room for people to do their own thing and wonderful group spaces like the home theater. The location is perfect - very close to town and yet it feels remote when you’re inside or on one of the decks overlooking the river. We will definitely stay there again.

The house was beautiful, with a stunning riverfront view, private cinema, and great location near Downtown Leavenworth. Management was quick to fix issues with the dishwasher and second fridge in the garage.However, the house wasn’t thoroughly cleaned—there was hair in showers and cobwebs throughout. Backing out of the driveway was tough with cars parked along the road, and cars not belonging to us were often outside of the house (limit of 4 cars at the house).There were also a lot of posted rules, some of which conflicted with the information we received, which felt a bit unwelcoming. At one point, we were confused about the departure procedures because there were signs, documents, or binder mentioning different things.

Beautiful home with a view

The home was beautiful. I did have five bedrooms with a listing said you could only have eight people so I’m not sure why that was. We had 7 and a whole extra bedroom that was not used. My check in process said there was Internet and no password would be needed. The Internet was locked with the password. The password that was provided in the kitchen did not work so you could not watch TV in the media room or any other rooms. So that was a disappointment that you couldn’t use the media room or watch any kind of TV because you do not have Internet to log into the cable.The house was beautiful and loved the view of the river.

Perfect Getaway Location!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the White Water Lodge. It is perfectly located on the river where it feels like a secluded getaway but is only a mile away from town. The inside of the lodge is beautifully kept and decorated, with instructions for the various amenities posted everywhere. We were so sad to leave but can’t wait to come back!

60th birthday celebration

Really nice stay for a family birthday. Plenty of nice rooms and the home was furnished well to make a comfortable couple nights stay. Things we liked: right on the river, close to town, theater room, spacious and nicely furnished, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, spacious kitchen. No minuses we could think of other than we wished we booked another night.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here - my kids loved the hot tub and movie theater room. The communication with the property management company was terrible - I called within business hours and no one answered, left a message, and then never received an answer. There was conflicting information in the check in materials (which is what I had a question about) and someone went a little overboard with their label maker in the house. Nothing against the owner, as it was a fab stay. Just complaints against the management company.

Family getaway

Gorgeous space and beautiful view. Loved the cabin and the amazing view in the heart of Leavenworth mountains and river. Disappointed with county policy only 4 people on site. Would’ve loved to share the great living space and views with the grandparents for a dinner at place to celebrate grandson birthday, but no more than 4 people allowed on site. The residence was gorgeous and view from hot tub serene. Would’ve been a perfect place to share with family for an evening together. Would return at drop of hat if more people allowed. Theater room, pool table and hot tub fantastic. If could book with more people would do again over and over each year. Loved sitting in hot tub looking at mountains. Some of the posted rules/policies were conflicting, but communication with managers was quick and easy to clarify. If there is way to have more people there to share experience during the day, I would book again in heartbeat.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin

Beautiful home

This property is beautiful. I highly recommend staying here and will likely come back in the future. The description is very accurate, and actually may not do the home justice. located right on the river; you can hear the river when the windows are open. There is plenty of space to spread out if you wish. Unfortunately, we were working and couldn't take advantage of the many amenities this home offers. The property manager was very friendly and helpful when we needed her. I marked communication with the property manager 3 stars because the only issue we had was the management company (not the property manager) did a VERY poor job of communicating our needs to the property manager. It would have been nice to be able to contact the manager directly instead of relying on a 3rd party who chose not to contact her for 7 hours after we left the first message that we needed some help with the internet that went down. Had this not been a working trip, internet may not have been important, but, one of our members had an online interview and we were working on information that we needed the internet to complete. Once the property manager was contacted she arrived as soon as she could, was friendly, and very helpful; she didn't act like we were wasting her time or that we were causing her an inconvenience. This is definitely a property you will enjoy!
