Please note: The garage is NOT included with the home. We use it for the riding lawn mower, snow blower, and tools for property maintenance.
Just 5 MINUTES from Downtown Leavenworth! Explore shops & restaurants easily, yet enjoy privacy. Our property offers a year-round propane fire pit on the front porch, BBQ, Basketball hoop, lawn games, and a backyard creek. The acreage is fully fenced, except for the creek acting as a natural boundary (due to wildlife).
Having stayed in many vacation rentals, we've incorporated special touches into this VERY Exceptional home.
Plenty of space for trailers, RVs, additional vehicles & more!
Please note: A passing train (across the street) will be heard at times. Just a heads-up!

Please note: You may hear the passing train at night (train track located across the street). It hasn't bothered anyone, but we wanted to mention it.
For security purposes, there is an exterior security camera on the property. It faces the parking area only and does not record or use audio.

Please note that we are a mountain town. Most travelers will access us via Stevens Pass (US-2) or Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) and Blewett Pass (Hwy-97). AWD is recommended and Chains may be needed. Our driveway is fairly flat and we maintain it via snowblower (but it usually will have 1-2" of snow on it).
We also recommend you invest in trip insurance for your vacation.
