”Hot tub was not home enough jets barely worked. Multiple towels in they're pool and trash all over, went to the pool close to when they opened in the morning so it's not a matter of it just getting trashy but negligence, the elevators had very dirty floors, half the lights in the room didn't work. Need more people at the front desk. The poor woman was running all around getting things for people and line was backed up a lot. Felt bad for her.

”Front desk person said my room number out loud isn't that happy with that when I did ask if they had any room besides smoking they said no All of the rooms are labeled non-smoking on the door placards. The windows have to be pushed very hard to open up. I only got a smoking room because it was what was available at time of booking. There is a soft spot in the bathroom near the toilet were it will need to be fixed with someone will be stepping through the floor. The catch plate on the door is...
