”We had a very easy and quick check-in with a friendly desk clerk and found the elevators, hallways, and our room to be new/updated and clean. ”No major frills. Staff was FABULOUS, room and lobby were spotless. Could stand some upgrades but otherwise it was okay. NO soundproofing at all. People in floor above me could be heard walking around and doing something that sounded like bouncing a bowling ball on the floor all night! Slamming room door noise from the hallway all night as well. If it was more soundproofed I would have had no complaints at all.”
