”I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. ”The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”

”Easy safe neighborhood. I have stayed more than once. Thoughtful front desk staff put me away from the busy sports team rooms.”

”Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered.”

”The room itself was okay. A little dated, and some damage to the tiling in the bathroom, but it was fine for our needs. The lighting however is terrible. Two extremely bright desk lamps (one on the desk, one on the nightstand),which left the rest of the room dark; but if you were in bed or at the desk with the light on, you were blinded. The lighting at the sink was a little dark. Overall not bad for an overnight stay, but with the lighting, I wouldn’t be able to stay any longer. Also…the bed is...

”We did not stay at this property! Our plans change due to mother-in-law having a stroke. We notified the hotel 4 days in advance to cancel the reservation and they would not give us our money back. Expedia try to help but the hotel refused to refund the money.”

”One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. ”
