”Building is in desparate need of a refresh. The carpet in our room was stained and filthy. Concern about the filter in the HVAC as I had congestion the next day. Staff was wonderful and kind. They did say renovations are coming. Breakfast was very limited. ”

”The hotel was very clean. We booked the hotel for the pool. I asked the chat thing what time it opened and it said 630. So since we were coming in late we were going to let the kids swim in the morning. However, the pool doesnt open until 9 am. Which is late for any hotel. We had to be on the road before then, so we had some disappointed kids. Also, when you book it says they will send you a digital key and you dont have to stop at the desk. They didnt send me one and we had to stop at the desk...

”The pool was a disappointment. Circulation of water was poor and water had a slimey feel to it. Lighting in bathroom was in permanent on position making it hard to sleep in the room. Coffee maker did not work. Property was not able to get it fixed during our stay. Seemed to have poor communication between shifts. ”
