”This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and almost everything about my stay was disappointing. There was no hot water, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The room access card stopped working every day, forcing me to visit the reception desk repeatedly just to get back into my room. After 10:00 PM, there was no one at the reception desk, making it impossible to get help when problems occurred. The breakfast was very poor. There...

”We’ve stayed once before , nothing fancy but was ok for what we needed so we booked agsin , this time room smaller , tv was ripped off wall and on a small table , no dresser fir clothes and room smelled musty , ask if we could have another room and explained why very nicely, was told would be 10 minutes , ok that’s fine , then she got mad and said , I’ll give money back We sat in car looking for somewhere else , pretty much booked up but found a room at Hilton , 1 left ”
