”Room clean and comfy. Food was very good.
Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. There was a problem with the pool and out of use but the staff were very helpful and cleaned the pool which enabled us to use.”

”The room was clean, the bed comfy.The room was not expensive.
The staff did not seem friendly and the service was grudging. This is apart from the manager who was very friendly.
The food at the bar was average, the chips were cold and hard.
It is not possible to sit out by the pool as we hoped as the metal lounge chairs were old and covered in dirt and leaves. The few cushions were dirty and damp.”

My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The customer service exceeded all expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, the buffet setup and layout was fantastic The meal was breathtakingly delicious.

9. Overall play area was neglected( for years)
10. Reception didnt answer the 3 times we called, but eventually WA worked
11. Mostt of the rooms on our block connect onto a large awning, so no views
