”The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one...

”La photo ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité ; ambiance lugubre ; pas de chauffage à l'arrivée et il faut attendre 19h pour qu'il se mette en route. Aucun service, rien dans le réfrigérateur, une mini savonnette, pas de gel douche, ni champoing, serviettes usagées et grises, couette avec trous de cigarette. Accès à la chambre par un corridor encombré, serrure du corridor HS. Accueil lamentable, remise des cles et encaissement de la taxe de sejour et rien d'autre. La petsonne est repartie...

”The staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance ”
