”Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!”

”This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. ”

”The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

”We have just returned from a week at York Beach and enjoyed every minute of our vacation .. there were 11 of us ranging from 6 years to 76 years ! Location cannot be beat .. short drive to Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s, Dunne’s ice cream, or short walk to the Goldenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the Fun o Rama, bowling , shops and restaurants ! Easy access to beach … a beach wagon is available for guest use… beds were comfortable .. house was immaculately clean.. plenty of towels and beach towels …views...

”This property overlooks Hampton Beach and is located within easy walking distance of the beach, activities and eateries. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the suite. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including great advice about where to go for dinner. We were able to overlook a view that was incredible. On the last day we ate breakfast and watched a seal out in the water such a neat treat. ”

”We just had amazing week at Ediola seaside home. The house was immaculate and fit all our needs - the bedrooms were comfortable and having the 2 couches was great for our family of 6. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect distance. Parking was also great and easy. Seamless check in. Kitchen had all we needed as well. ”
