”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem. I think I was about the only customer in that facility during the weekend as my car was the only one in the big parking lot in front of the hotel. ”The front desk staff was very accommodating to my needs as I had to check in early. They all are very courteous and welcoming. I am very happy that I found this hotel to stay in. The rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast is wonderful and includes a variety of foods. They even have the late night snacks and beverages that make you feel like you are at your own house. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites.”

The elevator smelled like marijuana and there was drywall crumbs or something all over the floor. The elevator felt like it was going to break. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. ”Checked in for a night after driving for 8 hours. But ac wasn't working for whatever thermostat settings. Thermostat display was too bright dazzling disturbing to eyes. So I had to keep one light on the whole night. Morning even worse. A dirty shower mat/towel was on the shower floor. I didn't see that in the night since it was behind the shower curtain. The shower handle wont stay in one position. Automatically rotated fully to the left spraying hottest water. I had to hold the handle in one...

”The hotel wasn't a great location. I was in town for my mother's funeral. This hotel is not handicap accessible. My room had a stench of a smell in it. The bathroom trash can was covered in ants, which I had to remove and place in the hallway. Rust all over the towel racks in the bathroom! I would not recommend this property to anyone!”
