”The owner is extremely polite, very helpful, accommodating, and a great cook - breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The shared kitchen is right next to the room we were in, with a side door for easy exit and entrance. The living room area is also beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone. It is quiet, affordable, and accommodating. 5/5”

”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem. I think I was about the only customer in that facility during the weekend as my car was the only one in the big parking lot in front of the hotel. There is really nothing to see or do in North Huntingdon-Irwin, but still right next to the hotel there were plenty of...

”Good location for visiting Butler and the surrounding area. Our room was clean and the perfect size for our needs on the trip for a relative's funeral. Staff was great, helpful when needed, courteous and friendly. Breakfast area was well maintained.”
