”Hotel Kenney Rideau shines by its friendly and wonderfully helpful staff and it's incredible food menu! We felt very welcome, as if we had known them for years. Their evening and brunch menus are very generous and of incredible quality. Certain rooms are showing their age but they are a work in progress. We were nonetheless very comfortable and would go again.”

”View was very good , parking one needs to be careful and has tight space not recommended if you are prone to hit the walls one has to go to basement parking, our room door was faulty, it was not opening properly kind a stuck, there is pool table and outside walk was sort of scary found some intoxicated homeless guys ,downtown problem , over all property and staff were very friendly and helpful”

”Will start by saying we had a great stay and the staff was very responsive. Didn't realise its a motel. I usually prefer a full service property. Place recently renovated and conveniently located. Its good value for money. For larger groups working on a budget its a good option as of now, while its new. It met our needs as 3 generations travelling together. Breakfast was sufficient to get our day started.”

there were no chairs, no space in the bathroom, and while the beds were very comfortable, they were very high and a stool would have been useful!
