Improvement needed: The chair and table outside the room are not clean, old furniture and easily broken if you sit for long or put little heavy items on it.”

”Stayed at Glen House Resort for a weekend getaway and had a great experience overall. Although check-in was officially at 4 PM, the staff kindly gave us our room keys around 2:15 PM which was really appreciated after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with an amazing river view. The building and AC system are a bit older, so it took us some time to figure things out, but that’s understandable considering the property’s age. Overall, the views and peaceful...

”In general nice hotel with convenient location. However the room had a bad smell that even with AC did not disappear completely. The breakfast: paper plates and plastic cutlery. Really really really small choice of food. Pool cleanliness: it was a (baby? Or pet?) poop next to the pool when we came. I asked the hotel staff to clean. The guy only took it away with a paper. Even didn’t bother to disinfect or clean better.”

”Me and my friend stopped in on our way to Quebec and the stay was great. Last minute booking at a great rate, 2 beds. Outdoor pool looks great although we didnt get to use it leaving so early. Breakfast was a nice touch, ice and vending machines available, ample parking. Room was clean, both smell and appearance. Would recommend.”
