”A beautiful house and location. As other reviews state- the online pictures of the view are not even close to how beautiful it is in person. The log cabin feel is what you want in the woods but this one is without the log cabin creepiness- it has high end fixings and appliances, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, wonderful and well maintained hot tub. ”Stayed at Paradesia for three nights on a guys’ getaway (reunion of high school friends). Only three of us, but more would have been easily comfortable. The rental has the feel of a classic National Park lodge — the Old Faithful Inn or Crater Lake Lodge — though completely updated (and much smaller, of course). Call it a mini NP lodge. ”We liked the up north feel of the log cabin experience. A comfortably cooled vaulted ceiling living room. A beautiful view on the back 4 seasons room. Lake leelenau is great for our little hobie. There are not a lot of boats out on that gorgeous lake and plenty of wind and water. It is less than 2 minute drive to bel lago which is one of the best wineries on the peninsula. Cedar is a great resource. the coffee shop and the market in particular. so many goodies. we hope to come back...
