Located in the Village of Largo, Bridgeport designer model. 2,200 sq ft three bedroom 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upon walking in you are greeted by double stain glass doors, that lead into a wide entry which welcomes you to a spacious living room with wood flooring. Front door equipped with double sliding screens for welcome cross breeze from rear French doors. To the right you will find 2 bedrooms with adjacent Jack and Jill bathroom. Separate part of home. One bedroom has a queen size bed, other has a full size bed. The living room has a 75”flat screen tv with cable and access to Amazon Prime and Netflix for your enjoyment. The leather sectional sofa is equipped with a recliner on both ends of the couch for a relaxing evening of watching TV. From the living room you will find French doors leading to enclosed lanai with Sliders and Screens for relaxing in the winter or summer months. Small patio outside with propane BQ. From the living room you will find double doors that welcome you into a spacious Elegant Master bedroom with flat screen TV, King size sleep number bed to set individual comfort levels for good night sleep. Adjacent you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and roman shower. No steps, into the shower also has built in bench in shower. Vanity equipped with makeup area with chair. Inside the bathroom you will find a large walk in closet that would be any woman's dream with built in cabinets and shoe storage.

My favorite spot of the house is the extremely large kitchen with so many cabinets, island in the middle and a large snack bar for entertaining. The kitchen is any cooks dream equipped with everything you would ever need. Appliances are upgraded stainless steel dish washer and gas stove and stainless refrigerator. In the kitchen is a nook, a desk for your laptop with cabinets & Wi Fi to connect you with the outside world. From the kitchen you will find laundry room with new appliances and laundry soap. Also a 1/2 bath is off the living room. The house is spacious and newly decorated..

Don' forget there is a beautiful 2019 gas golf cart fully equipped with rear bench. So you can explore all of the many activities and entertainment the Villages has to offer. Golf cart access road entry is one block away. The pool is only 3 min by golf cart and Becall rec center for tennis, pickleball, golf. There is a Doggie park 1 mile away for your pal. We did not forget about your doggie pals, we have a doggie bed and a dog crate if you wish to use.

**Guest passes come with the unit. They provide access to almost all The Villages amenities. A rental ID is available for $50.00 which allows renters to reserve tee times in advance and golf for free. (Minimal trail fees) Also if you want to attend water aerobics classes.. Highly recommend purchasing during winter season if you are a Avid golfer. Golf clubs are available male and female for you to enjoy.

This property is just as listed, except maybe even better. It is a very nice home and everything was clean and ready to go for us. It is definitely one of the nicest places to rent in The Villages.

Charotte, your home is beautiful. Spotless, well appointed, spacious kitchen, luxurious primary bedroom. bath, walk-in closet/dressing room, plus the two additional, comfortable bedrooms with adjoining bath. The entire stay in The Villages was great, particularly due to the home location as 2 minutes from Pickleball courts at Bacall Rec, and 8 minutes from Lake Sumter Square. We couldn't ask for more and will definately be back on our next trip to The Villages!

The house was just as described. There was plenty of room for all of us(4) to have their own space. Place was clean and had everything you need to feel at home. Convenient to the town squares in the Villages. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed for three weeks in January. We found the home to be spacious and comfortable. Our host, Charlotte, went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We love to cook and found the large kitchen to be well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes etc..The location was excellent as it is close to Sumpter Landing and Brownwood Square. We would not hesitate to book again.

Super lovely home on a quiet street! Well positioned for Lake Sumpter Landing activities. Really enjoyed our time and the home was as advertised! Owner was attentive and cared about our stay! Was in town for my Mom’s Celebration of Life so not worrying about housing made the whole trip much easier.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home. The host did a wonderful job thinking of all the little details. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of everything; pots/pans/plates/glasses/utensils and all the items we have in our own kitchen, even a food thermometer! Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra blankets, pillows etc… Driving the golf cart all day around the Villages/golf/groceries was never a problem since the owner smartly purchased a large life battery! We will be staying there again!

The house was amazing. It was the perfect blend of welcoming and warm. It was in the ideal location for us. It also served as home base for dropping our children off at college (a bit sad because it's first time) but also as a base for looking around the Villages to see about making the next step of a move down there. It was as advertised, yet even better. We look forward to staying here again.

Very nice, large comfortable house with a wonderful decoration theme throughout and fantastic landscaping. Open floor plan from the kitchen through the dining area into the living room allows for great conversation and family togetherness. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and you just "fit right in" immediately. You are a 2 minute golf car ride to two different pools, and 10 minutes to Sumter Landing square. The grocery store, and other shops as well as a few restaurants are only a few minutes away by auto, but can be accessed by golf car with absolutely no concerns. Lastly, the owner is wonderful. Very responsive, helpful and insightful, if I had a question, it was answered very quickly. There is a manual in the home that lays out the entire city, gives directions on accessing wi-fi, and provides directions on services such as garbage pick up. Invaluable. All in all this is a great house, fantastic location, and a wonderful owner. As an individual who has brought his family down to The Villages for over 10 years, I recommend this property as a place to stay, effortlessly, and enjoy all the community has to offer. Really enjoyed our stay and this home had all the needed amenities. Having use of a golf cart and close proximity to the rec center and golf courses was a real plus. Love Sumter Landing and getting there was a short cart ride. Charlotte was the ultimate host and was very easy to get ahold of when needed. Definitely plan on staying here in the future.

The home was just as described with all the comforts of home and everything we needed for a great week in The Villages for Christmas. The golf cart was a plus. Most enjoyable 2 week stay. Perfect location for my family of 5. Can't say enough - beautiful home fully equipped. Most comfortable beds. Lots of linens, kitchen appliances, TVs, etc. Hottest outdoor August temperatures but the air conditioning always kept the home cool and comfortable. Down in the low 70's. Host available for any questions. Will return to this home.
