This three-story home is ideally located, with the Villa Pool directly across the street from the front door and the lake just steps away from the back. A covered patio in front features a dining table for six, and a main floor balcony offers wicker chairs and rockers. 2 rooms with bunk beds make this an ideal home for families with children. The basement has a bunk room that includes 2 arcade games, a living room that opens onto a patio with direct access to the back lawn, and a private dock on Weiss Lake.

The Space:
Lakefront, 6 bedrooms, ( 2K/4 twin bunks/1Q/Q & T bunk bed), 3 baths, sleeps a maximum of 14, Lg beautiful deck for dining out in the afternoons. No Smoking. The owners of this home do not allow pets. For health and safety reasons, be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit.

Guest Access:
Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished. Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks. Getting Around:
No outside Golf Carts are allowed. We are only a few miles away from a Dollar General and some local restaurants.
