We asked for a refund due to the reasons and they refused to refund us. Stay away from this hotel and find some where else even if it cost more money”

”I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The property is in serious need of maintenance and upkeep. The buildings were dirty, poorly maintained, and gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority. We also encountered a significant bug problem throughout the building. What concerned me the most was the apparent lack of security. The doors did not seem to lock properly and there was a noticeable gap between the door and frame. Someone can easily bypass the lock by sliding a card or...

”Excellent location with lots of easy free parking. Chef made us a delicious, large portion, plated breakfast each morning. She was extremely helpful answering questions about the property, surrounding sites and places to dine for dinner. Bonus- "The Barn" is located right next to the Inn and had live entertainment both nights we stayed. I highly recommend this Inn if looking to stay in Harper's Ferry!!”

”My room was unfortunately not super clean, the carpet was wet when we got there. No clue why that was. The amenities, in our case the television, did not work and technician had to come to the room. The robe in the bathroom had a stain on it which was not pleasant”

”The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.”

”Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again.”
