”Property is in a nice quite location. For it to have been a summer weekend with nice weather the boat/ lake traffic was lite . The property listing isn’t intentionally misleading but there things you don’t see in the description and pictures. It is a lake house and has an old lake house feel. ”Our three generation family group very much enjoyed our stay. The setting of the house is even better than advertised, as it sits within its own small cove where the water is much calmer than the main channel. Everyone enjoyed swimming off the dock without any concern about passing boats. The house itself was clean and roomy. On the first day of our stay, we had a few reasons to contact the owners, who provided quick responses. We are happy to recommend this home to others.”

”Minus spiderwebs all over the porch, the stay was amazing. We all were a little disappointed with the advertise of washer and dryer, and it being in a shared unit on the property. I am still confused on some hidden fees that are taken out on my bill that can't be explained (kind of feels like a bait and switch thing) BUT being as we haven't been anywhere in about 6 years. This was fun, great view, great neighbors, and very pleased! Happy 4th!”

”This lovely lakeside log cabin is very well maintained and comes with everything we needed for a peaceful retreat from the confines of a busy life. Enjoyed sitting at back lawn at dusk watching herons fishing, fish rising and fireflies. Owner had good communication. ”

”Enjoyed our stay with family and friends. The house was as advertised, great property and location for a relaxing week of enjoyment on the lake. There was an issue with the kitchen floor that had been previously damaged because of the water leak, but the host communicated with me what was going on and there was absolutely no issue with the floor when we checked, would definitely stay at this property again”

”We chose to stay here while we were having some improvements to our house in Lexington. The location was great, the neighbors were super friendly, and the sunsets in the backyard were spectacular. ”We enjoyed the house and the location on the lake. The screened in porch was great for having a coffee in the morning and we did a lot of cooking, the kitchen had all we needed for our party of 4. Excellent hospitality from the hosts with a personal note and snacks for us to enjoy, that was a nice touch. We rented a boat as well for several days and the process was very easy and really made our trip special, there's nothing like heading out to the lake for a day of fun and being able to dock...
