”The room was very clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a nice touch. The kitchen area was well equipped. However, the bed was less comfortable than expected. The property was beautiful and well maintained.”

”I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.”

” Awesome resort! Restaurants were great too. Rooms were clean with nice views. Pools and amenities were exceptional. The beach was wonderful, lots of activities if you choose. ”We stayed at the Regent Grand for 5 days and 4 nights. It was exactly what we were looking for in an adults vacation. When we arrived we were awed by the view from the lobby overlooking the pool in the courtyard to the beautiful blue waters of Turks and Caicos. We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall . ”Very clean grounds, very clean suite (thank you, Katia!). Staff are lovely. Lots of repeat guests. Very quiet rooms. To be honest when we first got there we were not sure it was for us, it’s a little older and the restaurant food isn’t special. But the place grows on you and is very quaint. If they could level-up the food, we’d return in a second. I also loved the yoga class by Lizzie on Tuesday morning. So nice. May be back next year. ”

”Located a couple blocks from the beach. Free umbrellas and beach chairs. Rides to the beach via golf cart or walk or bike. Way cheaper than beach front hotels. Clean, modern facilities. Pool on site.”

”This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if...

”Room and property were nice as expected. Very helpful staff when needed. Would be nice to see the beach access, that’s not directly attached to this property by the way, it’s a public access, be updated to support the style of the property we stayed at. Overall it’s a good place to stay and we enjoyed our trip with the Tides. Location is also very good for pickup on the beach for certain excursions, and just a short 10-15 min walk to “Town”. ”
