As this was a handicap room, it made it very difficult to get our luggage and ourselves into the room without being “knocked over” by the door. This could result in a personal injury. ”Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Parking was readily available outside the hotel. The kitchen is good for an extensed stay and there is a full sized refrigerator. Only problem is that there is no drinking water on site. No water fountain. Only option is to buy water from outside or purchase at the front desk. Tap water is not recommended. ”

”As a world traveler and a professional clinician, I've never felt so unwelcome or judged. Front staff had horrible attitude. Brutal service, like I was doing the most severe injustice by checking in and paying them. Judged because I had a service dog. The room was very broken down. Truly disappointed. ”
