”Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.”

”The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!”

”First room was horrible with no tv connection. Shower was cold and CR had a discussing smell. Moved to upper floor with bad airflow and intermittent WiFi , small room with no windows , you get what you pay for ,breakfast was terrible. Frozen meat fried up with center cold , Will not be staying again”

”Charles Rahim loved St Ellis. The big guy working at the restaurant last Tuesday and wed was so nice and so professional. All the staff at the restaurant are so professional and friendly and they go the extra mile. Parking was good. Location close to Ayala Centre small shopping centre .”

”No pool. No elevator.
Staff one is ok
Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared”
