Located in Claouey in the Cap-Ferret region, the property is 2.5 km from the beach. (Access by bike, on foot or by car), and 5.1 km from the Arès salt marshes nature reserve, 46 km from Bordeaux-Pessac Zoo.
It has a large terrace, a barbecue bar and a gas plancha.
The mobile home is air-conditioned, it consists of 3 separate bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, 2wc and a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the atmosphere of the surroundings from its large terrace.
This incredible location gives direct access to the Bay of Arcachon

Heated and supervised swimming pools, aquatic complexes. 2nd indoor swimming pool and also heated and supervised.
