The Villa Du Phare is located at the foot of the Cap Ferret lighthouse. It can accommodate up to 14 people in its 2 houses. A superb heated swimming pool adorns this pretty villa in typical Ferretcapien style.
The small house has 2 bedrooms. The large house has 2 master suites on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

The Villa Du Phare is located at the foot of the famous Cap Ferret lighthouse. You will have 250 m2 divided into 2 independent houses located on either side of the swimming pool.
The small villa is composed of:

A bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and a large closet
A living room
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room

A separate toilet

2 master suites with 160 bed, shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet, large closet. these 2 master suites overlook the pool
a living room dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people seated and a fully equipped open kitchen: hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster ...

Upstairs:
A bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and a large closet
A bedroom with a double bed 160 that can be separated into 2x80 and a large closet
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet
Outside:
A very large wooden terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture
A superb swimming pool with beach, electric roller shutter, heated to 28 degrees from Easter to All Saints' Day
A covered terrace with a table that can accommodate 8/10 people

You can park up to 3 cars in the parking lot. The villa is fully enclosed and secured with an automatic gate. There is no vis-à-vis

It is forbidden to organize a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and must remain so.

We ask that you always seek permission from the concierge before charging your electric vehicule. The concierge reserves the right to refuse your request based on the owner’s instructions and the electrical installation.

The Lege-Cap-Ferret peninsula is full of little corners of paradise, starting with its 10 villages spread all along the peninsula.
Frédhélian, chez Hortense, le Mimbeau, les cabanes tchanquées, Jane de Boy, le banc d'Arguin, la pointe aux chevaux are names that evoke holidays, sun, relaxation? by coming to Cap Ferret, they will no longer hold any secrets for you.
You can stroll through the streets of Cap-Ferret, enjoy nature, walk or swim on the basin side as well as on the Atlantic side, do your shopping ... without taking your car, stroll around the famous Cap Ferret market.
Let's not forget the many oyster ports that the peninsula and the entire Basin offer, all different but all charming. You won't be able to leave without having wandered through the narrow streets of each of the ports, without having tasted the oysters of the basin in the tasting huts, without having discovered the profession of our sea farmers, without having climbed the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
By bike, you will access the many beaches of the ocean thanks to the vast network of cycle paths.
Thanks to the boat shuttle or the many water taxis, you can easily go to Arcachon to climb the famous Dune of Pilat, visit the winter city or drink a cocktail while watching the sunset from the terrace of the Coorniche.
Not far from there are also the castles of the Médoc, the great Bordeaux vineyards, the splendid city of Bordeaux and all the hidden treasures of this beautiful region.

You can do your shopping in the supermarkets on the Presqu'île: the small casino or go to the Super U in Claouey. You will also find a Leclerc shopping center in Arès.

Sun or rain, hot or cold, high tide or low tide, as a couple or with family... you will always find something to do on the Bassin... and you will always want to come back!
