The VILLA MARGUERITE is a single-story house with a view of the Bassin d'Arcachon, located in the heart of the Piraillan village. With a living area of 115 m² and a plot of 1,150 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people in optimal comfort. It features a magnificent tree-lined garden, 2 terraces and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying beautiful days. You can easily access the various villages of the Cap Ferret peninsula.

The VILLA MARGUERITE is located in the village of PIRAILLAN, on the peninsula of Lege-Cap Ferret.
Its 115 m² of living space are distributed as follows:
1 large room with a queen size bed
2 bedrooms with double beds
A living dining room with a DECORATIVE fireplace (non-functional)
Two bathrooms, one with a toilet
An independent bathroom

A private uncovered parking space and the possibility to park very easily and safely on the street.


Outside, you will enjoy a first terrace with a view of the basin. Then a second one on the other side of the house, equipped with a table for dining in the shade.

In July and August, we welcome you every day except Sunday.
Animals are welcome, but access to the sofa and beds is prohibited, and the accommodation must be cleared of hair and droppings before your departure.
It is forbidden to organize a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and must remain so.
Non-smoking accommodation
Deposit to be made by bank card: you will receive an email in the week preceding your arrival. The deposit will not be debited. A fee of approximately 1.8% of the deposit amount will be your responsibility. It corresponds to the subscription of insurance in case of dispute.
Possibility of depositing the deposit by check upon your arrival (specify this before your arrival).

You enjoy local markets, here is the list of markets in the surrounding area:
Cap Ferret Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September, then on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the rest of the year
Piraillan Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September
Arès Market: every Tuesday morning
Andernos Market: every Friday morning outdoors and covered market (open depending on the season)
Lège Bourg Market: every Saturday morning.

You can do your shopping in the convenience stores of the Presqu'île: the small Casino store or go to the Super U in Claouey. You will also find a Leclerc shopping center in Arès.
