”When I got to this hotel that I had made a reservation for, they told me that they had no rooms available which caused me to scramble to find another hotel. Then they have the nerve to charge me for one night. When I called all they would say was it was their policy. I am seriously rethinking about using Expedia for my reservations ever again. ”

Third, I asked for my room to be cleaned on day 4 and no one ever came. Fourth, my air conditioner froze up. I unplugged it ( I am EPA certified for HVAC). The tech plugged it back in and never repaired it. I had to be relocated to another room. Twice I went down to the lobby for breakfast and the coffee was not made.
