”Wonderful! Very clean and convenient location! Alina was so nice and helpful! My room was excellent and the breakfast was amazing! The only feedback I would give is to have the side doors fixed for convenient access other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!”

”One of the biggest issues we had was the shower flooded the bathroom and part of the sink area outside of the bathroom while in use. It looked like a common problem due to the mold and soft trim in the areas. The next issue was the "no slowing policy." Upon getting into the room the neighbor was actively smoking in the room next to us with his door open.
Upon returning from our concert our room smelled heavily of weed.
Aside from the few issues listed the ac worked well, granted it was cool...

”Clean room and fast check-in. I would recommend looking up the hotel on your actual maps when going there instead of using address from expedia. They do have a bit of traffic around the area but what part of Houston doesn’t.”

”The staff we dealt with was very helpful and kind, no issues there. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Our only complaint was that the elevator was atrocious. It moved very slow, made strange sounds, the door would get stuck at times and my boyfriend actually got stuck in the elevator for about 10 min before luckily being able to get out thanks to the door finally opening. ”Both elevators are out of order so have to carry bags up and down the stairs.
Pool is out of order.
Not once did they come to straighten up our room or give us new towels.
If you have another options for a different hotel, I’d go with that one!”
