Same good people seem to go there regularly. Sitting out the front at Terry's bar and people watch was good. Well made up rooms. The breakfast is poor. Very disappointed. Go elsewhere. $7.50 all you can eat many hotels in the area. Noise of doors banging. As the doors are electric key system, people slam the door to shut them when leaving. Band plays every night until 11pm. Outdoor pool shower filfy with mould. I told reception but got the, yes well fix it but no clean. They changed the shower head but not the mould on the pipes or the floor. Must wear things otherwise you get bad skin disease. Location great. Bar staff get drunk. No good.

Very run down. The first room the air-conditioning didn't work and it looked like multiple murders occurred in it , room 112. The second room was OK but the hot water was a problem.

Located in a great central location to explore the area easily, the hotel needs some updating, cleaning of rooms poor, looked like the bin had not been cleaned for years and was afraid to use it. Staff were lovely and very helpful, for the price it was acceptable but with some investment the hotel could be very good.

Great location
Location is right in the heart of the action. Easy walking to anywhere. AC was nice and cold. Refrigerator also. Beds were firm and comfortable. Staff was responsive. Pool was clean. Menu prices in room need updating. Was unaware of live music when booking. It ended at a decent hour and they were good but loud. Dont expect to sleep early.

There are 2 buildings; one beside the road and another 300 meters away. Security guardhouse in front of the building make me feel safe. The swimming pool, garden and the room were simply. Only 2 power outages worked; refrigerator and the mirror light (dressing desk), when I needed to charging my cellphone I must turn off some of them. (Sadly only 1 electric light in room and another one in bath room). The light on balcony and bedside lamp were out of order. I asked for tower from staff for took a bath and only soap and tissue as toiletries.

You pay for what you get, any problems like a insect in your room the staff are there very quickly. But remember you are are in the tropics with lovely staff great smiles and go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable.

Lovely gardens and conveniently located. Buffet breakfast was poor. We stayed in the executive rooms but were only supplied with a single blanket to cover a double/queen sized bed, the bedding cleanliness diminished in the last week of our stay and towels were hard to get. The pool was good but places to sit were limited. Would not recommend, there are better options around.

DO NOT STAY… 2 out of 3 people who used their card at the hotel reception had their card scammed… the towels smelt like wet dog and bad BO… and there are 100s of little black bug’s that come out of all the drains in the bathroom

The staff were excellent and security was particulary tight, they watched everyone's comings and goings. I reinjuried myself at the gym, so decided to upgrade from this 3* hotel to a 4* hotel nearer to my activities. However I felt quite at home there after 2 weeks.

Pictures were flattering and we found the property very rundown… staff were fantastic and do their best with what they have to work with. Cockroaches didn’t help and we were in a family room which is farther away from the main facilities…

Property would more likely fall into 2-2.5 star maximum, they also put me into a substitute property off site for a day until I complained. If you want updated rooms and facilities don't stay here, you get what you pay for. Food was good, drinks cold, friendly people, live music and clean pool.

The hotel was in a great location to everything you need. I felt safe being here on my own and a safety deposit box to lock anything away. The place was a little run down but very clean.

The place is well located and traditionally built with a lot of space. The staff is friendly. The A/C unit indicated 16 but was not under 20 for sure. Like in others local hotels internet connection and water pressure were a challenge. This was my second stay in this hotel : over 50 days in the last year and will definitely go back.

The energy of the place is amazing, the pool area beautiful, and the staff very helpful throughout the stay. My only complaint is that the wifi is not as good, which was an inconvenience for me since I work remotely, and also there is no desk or work area in the room. However, if you don't need to work, it shouldn't be an inconvenience. The bed was very comfrotable honestly, and the room that I got was very peaceful. Would definitely come back again if I'm in a vacation only mood.
