”We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.”

”Staff were always friendly and professional. My room was very clean and also facing the bay. Parking was not an issue as my brother picked me up every day. We had breakfast the first morning there and staff were friendly, helpful, fabulous! One small detail, though, there were three mysterious hairs in my room, which I'm mitigated with a tissue and the trashcan. My stay, there was perfect.”

”I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend.”

”Pet Friendly... Shari was very gracious and welcoming of our tiny 6 week old foster kittens that we had to bring along. Even had little treat bags with a toy and churu snack!! All of the staff had were friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about us enjoying our stay!! The breakfast was great, too!”

”Room wasn't clean at all upon arrival we saw trash on the floor candy wrapper's under the bed a dirty sock in the closet and stains on the sheets I went asked for another room they was full but I talk to the shift manager the next day she told me she would have them go clean the room well when we arrived back to the room it seemed clean but still trash and candy paper and sock in the same spot the next day our room was skipped from being clean overall everyone was nice but they need to do walk...

”We ended up getting a kitchenette suite which would’ve been perfect had there been any utensils pots pans silverware plates for us to actually use it. Just keep that in mind if you decide to pay extra for it. Either bring that stuff from home or be prepared to pay for it while you’re in Pensacola. It was in a great location. Only five minutes away from the Navy base where we had family stationed. The surrounding areas are a little rough, but the hotel was very nice. We were informed upon...
