High Speed internet is available, great for remote work, meetings or for distant learning. Fully equipped kitchen and Game room. This is a 3 bedroom 2 Bath Home that sleeps 10-12 people.

A Nice Clean Modern Place to Stay

We had a nice stay while in town for spring training. The house was 10-12 minutes to Jet Blue Park and 40 minutes or so to a beach. There is a mix of older and new construction in the neighborhood. It is off the main street so the area itself was fairly quiet but the duplex neighbors did have music bumping until very late one night. The house is clean and has a modern decor with new appliances. There is a welcome book of instructions for staying in the house, recommendations for local food restaurants and the hosts left a nice big bottle of wine. The main tv was easy to access and has great surround sound in the ceiling. We only used the main bedroom but there are two other bedrooms to accommodate additional guests. One is specifically for children with bunk beds and has a cute space theme. There were two video game consoles and decor in the garage children would definitely enjoy and several games in the house for entertainment. It says there is a hot tub but we couldn't find it if there was. We did have initial house code entry trouble but worked it out in a timely manner. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

This home was immaculate, the most well cared for place we have ever experienced. We really appreciate the attention to details and all new appliances. The neighborhood was a little noisy at night. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Ft Myers area.
