”This was a perfect little get away as I did some family history exploration in the valley. Great little general stores in the villages and good food at Kempton Hotel bar/restaurant. The carriage house has such a peaceful vibe and beautiful views of the valley/mountains. Hosts were lovely. Would love to stay again!”

”This house was nearly perfect for our family reunion of 17 people staying at the house and another 10 joining from locally. Everyone loved the space, great for the hot weather, cool inside and with room for all of us. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Many of my family enjoyed the kayaks. The kitchen was spacious with its own table and plenty of dishes and other necessities. There was a small problem with the dishwasher, but it still worked and I was assured it would be fixed. ...

”Wonderful stay for a relaxing week. Found everything to be exactly as described in the listing. Our pup thoroughly enjoyed the fenced yard and watching the deer from the windows. We enjoyed all the house had to offer, from games, to grilling out, to the hot tub. The fire pit was a real hit on the chilly mornings. We found the house clean and stocked as described. The AC units did struggle on the 80 degree days, but the ceiling fans kept the space comfy for all. Host communication was excellent....

”The place was super clean well kept. Safe area lots of things to do and see. There is a sing seat by the river watch is magical. The inn keeper is so humble and kind. She is very Accompadating. And there is a trian ride that takes you to Jim Thorne. Will definitely be back again in October for the fall festival and the changing of the leaves.”

”This was a nice little place. Close to hawk mountain where we wanted to be. Just my wife and I so it was... big enough. Mark and his wife remembered my birthday and made me a cake. Took a walk down by the lake just a block away.”
