”Bad cost-benefit ratio as with many hotels in Dublin. Wornout public areas. Internet worked sluggishly if at all. Noises penetrated the door from the hallway. No gym or other amenities. Breakfast was decent. The situation is good, walking distance from the city center.”

”Great place to sleep in Dublin for a night or two. Room was huge - there were 2 of us but it could have slept 6! It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre which was perfect for exploring and the price was excellent compared to other hotels. It was self-check-in so we didn't see any staff.”

”This was our first stop away from Dublin on our holiday. The owners, Dave and Laura were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, bed a bit soft ( we love hard beds) but clean. Breakfast was delicious and delightfully they had beautiful Enya music playing while we ate. Their yard is delightful to see. Our only complaint, is that the house was cold upon arrival and was never warmed. Our room warmed very nicely. It was a dreary day. ”

From the minute you walk in you get a lovely warm welcome The place is spotless with great attention to detail. We stayed in the ground floor USA room with its double windows, king size bed and great shower Upstairs there’s a French and an Irish room. You basically have full use of the kitchen and lounge area plus a garden area for guests. The breakfasts are amazing with a great choice of fresh...

”Hotel is very clean and our room was spacious. Only problem was the heat in the room, it was super hot inside. Window could not be opened and the fan machines didn't help that much. Otherwise everything went well, the staff was very friendly and location was good. Very close to Christ Church Cathetral and shops etc.”
