”The pub is charming but very, very loud and our room opened out to the courtyard. The room was very hot because it faced the sun and the day was bright, so we needed to open the window and then had a lot of pub noise. The en suite bath was tiny but operational. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and helpful and despite a busy evening, they managed to seat us so we could eat. The food as good too both for dinner and breakfast.”

”Tudor Lodge was a disaster as it was not open at all. We had made a reservation at least one month earlier via internet, but after driving several hundred kilometers we arrived to Tudor Lodge around 7.p.m. just to find out, that the place was closed down. A man opened the door and said that someone had passed away and that they wouldn't admit any guests. Nobody bothered to call us and inform about the situation. Thank you very much, hotels.com and Tudor Lodge - because of this we had to find...

”This is our second time at this establishment. Very clean and up-to-date cottage. The shower was wonderful and the bed, comfortable. Very quiet area on a working farm with cows & sheep.”
