Welcome to our spacious apartment, ideal for larger groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable time together! With room for up to 10 people, our newly renovated apartment offers the perfect setting for social gatherings and shared experiences.
The Apartment
Our bright, 110-square-meter apartment was completely renovated in February and offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

The central kitchen-living area is the heart of the apartment and features a spacious dining table for 10 people, ideal for shared meals and game nights.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, while a separate area in the kitchen-living room with two additional double beds provides space for extra guests. The mattresses are each 200 cm long, with the lower mattresses measuring 140 cm wide and the upper ones 90 cm wide.
Guest Access
Our guests have access to the apartment 24/7 via a fully automated system. A code-operated door allows anyone to enter the apartment and move about freely, even without a key.
Additional Important Information
Please note that while the stairwell is somewhat run-down, the apartment itself is all the more beautiful and well-maintained.

We also ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable.
