”Amazing experience. Feels like you are secluded but still close to anything you need. ”

”Extremely friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, and good location. Water did not get very hot, though. Not sure why, but we kept finding Asian beetles in our room. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Hot breakfast with protein everyday. Every staff member from desk to housekeeper were the friendliest we have ever encountered at a motel! Comfortable bed in rooms with mood lighting. I can’t say enough good about our stay. The entrance drive into the motel is a little tricky to find on busy highway but we’ll worth the effort.”

”Room was clean but smelled like smoke we had booked a non smoking room but this room smelled like some had smoked cigar even bedding smelled like cigar smoke ”

”Hotel was not clean in every area. The lady who checked us in stated she was a manager. She was very rude and scolded us for booking a room through Expedia instead of booking directly.”

”Friendly staff, nice playground, good ice cream at the resort cafe, and neat “cabin-like” decor and atmosphere. Cons - many water park areas closed off for construction, no towels at the water park (they ran out and never brought out more from the dryer after waiting almost 2 hours for towels), housekeeping never came to our room even though we didn’t put out a do not disturb sign so towels and toiletries were not replenished, and no one would answer when we called the front desk… we would have...

”Every time we stay there the pool is too cold to even get in. It would be nice if you could raise the temperature so we could use the pool. ”

”The hotel is unkept and not maintained. Room smelled of mildew, remote was sticky and appeared to have been chewed on by a dog. Shower had little water pressure and vanity light flickered. The breakfast was all empty calories, pop tarts and stale mini donuts, with no hot food or proteins. Walls were thin, could hear rooms next door conversation, coughing, and TV.”

”Free breakfast was just waffles. Arriving door was out of batteries and i couldnt get in. Misleading information i wanted to stay another night they have charge me 180 for one night extra without telling me.”
