It also features a dining room that seats 30 people and a game room where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers!

Totally in love with the terrace—perfect for a super chill afternoon! We’ll start with a nice aperitif. We let it all sink in while lounging on the deck chairs or in the shade of the many trees that make up such a lovely garden! Then the fun really kicks off: pool games and beer pong to get the evening warmed up!

🔊Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 360 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re inside the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb the neighbors.
