”Although the staff members (front desk and cleaning crew) were very nice, the hotel was not worth the money.
-Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting.
-ice machine was broken
- laundry room was not operable
- the bathroom door wouldn’t close
- the room door got stuck multiple times
- cigarette burn and stain on the bedding
- pool was dirty (pump was off)
- the landline to the front desk was not working”

”Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't have enough towels/wash cloths. Sorry I don't reuse those like they want you to. We then came...
