I didn't and it is a 15-min/ 1km hike up from the very reliable and inexpensive ferry and train. It took me (not young and used to the US suburbs) a day to get acclimatized to this - it is an alpine village. The town of Lierna and this apartment are perfectly suited to day hikers. ”

”Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol.”

"Erinomainen hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Vanhaan kaupunkiin käveli muutamassa minuutissa. Rautatieasemakin oli aivan vieressä.Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Huone oli erittäin siisti ja hiljainen. Mistään ei kuulunut häiretseviä ääniä. Maittava aamiainen tarjoiltiin kauniissa salissa järvinäköaloin, samoin illallinen. Tätä hotellia voi todella suositella."

"Service was very good, especially reception lady was super fast, frienly and very welcoming. Hotel location is very good, just few steps from the station and centre. I was surprised in how poor condition hotel is, looked fresh in the pictures but reality was different. Roof is leaking at the 5. floor for example, and I saw the same problem also on other floors when used stairs instead of elevator. Room was clean and bed was good. Better to not complain as I was looking for a low price, and I was just staying one night. All the best for the hotel staff."
