”3 nights and only had housekeeping once. We emptied our own garbage, and went to front desk for clean towels. Have stayed here every year for 8 years. This was the worst. Pool has NEVER been open. Needs to be removed from amenities. Breakfast was awful....bugs in juice receptacle. Will never stay here again !!!”

”The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

”The staff was great very polite and helpful, the room was clean the bed was firm the way I like it, even though I was by the stairs it was very quiet sleep very well. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!”

”We loved the stay. The front desk staff were very courteous walking in. They let me know how the process of the room cards. Liked that they offered breakfast. I noticed that there weren't many family with kids there but the grandsons loved that they had the pool to them selves. Loved how the hotel was walking distance to Walmart or the Dollar tree.”
