Just steps from Lake Léon, in a superb wooded and flowered park, this former independent workshop is located on the ground floor, with a spacious living/dining room opening onto the kitchen, pantry, 5 bedrooms + 1 dormitory (4 double beds and 7 single beds, including 4 bunk beds), 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Amenities: Washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, TV, freezer, wood stove, electric and central heating (heat pump), shared enclosed grounds. Wood not provided. Baby equipment. For your comfort, sheets, towels, and linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival: a saving of €180. Garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace and pergola, courtyard. 7,000 m² enclosed shared grounds with private area. Owner 50 meters away. Cleaning service available, payable on site (€100). The maximum capacity of the cottage is 15 people: no additional guests will be accepted. All invitations during the stay must be authorized by the owner. For more than one animal, please contact us.
