”This was our second visit to the property and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Well located so that you can walk to the shopping centre for meals or the supermarket. Great park near the shopping centre for kids and walking/bike paths for their bikes. Tea/coffee making facilities but no toaster or microwave in the rooms we had so it may not be the best place if you want to self cater. Good BBQ and seating area outside. We will be back!”

”On check in the manager ?? had already charged my card. He charged me $30 over the expedia booking price. The manager did not seem to know how expedia worked. He tried to help by ringing expedia, which was useless, the expedia was so useless I asked the manager to hand me the phone so i could clearly explain the situation. The expedia person told me off and told me he could not speak to me, he then told the manager off for giving me the phone, I instructed the manager to hang up as this was not...

”A woman who spoke no English tried to prevent me from collecting my key. There were no glasses in the room. Otherwise it was very comfortable.”
