”Beautiful facilities and good location, however there was a lack of attention to detail from staff. We weren’t told where breakfast was, how to access WiFi, what to do with ski equipment or how to use the spa! ”

”Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel.”

”In this hotel the young and service minded staff really tries its best to get the customer feel welcome and "home". I spent one sunny Mars week skiing stayed at the hotel. Payed extra for breakfast. Payed no visit to the hotel's spa area though it was included in the room price.
