The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! The staff at reception and breakfast area were only ok... but the shuttle drivers were beyond kind and helpful. ”

”Séjour agréable car l’hotel est bien situé, sur les pistes (sur la piste Perdrix). Equipe tres aimable et accueillante. Cependant, la Wifi ne marche pas… stratégie économique ou panne réelle? Aucune explication fournie… Petit déjeuner très décevant, viennoiseries industrielles de mauvaise qualité, pas de fruits frais, couvert non mis, obligé de quémander tasses, couverts et assiettes. Conclusion, prix très excessif pour la prestation. ”

”The hotel has nice facilities (pool, sauna, bar, game room, ski room) and our room was recently renovated but the noise cancellation needs some improvements. We heard lots of noises from the corridor, next door, upstairs and from the street even though we were sleeping with earplugs. The room didn't have enough storage or hangers for the clothes so we needed to dry our ski gear on the curtain rod, door handles etc so the room felt really messy. Wifi was really bad too. Staff was really nice when...
