Majatalot – Les Andelys

”A gem of a place for a birthday overnight stay. Laurent and Bruno were exceptionally warm and welcoming and our son was delighted that his bedroom had the beautiful view of the Chateau Gaillard! Seizing the moment early Sunday morning to look at the respective views whilst reading, we knew we would like to return for longer. The best breakfast on Sunday morning made it hard to leave. Thank you!!”

”Perfect stay. Beautiful French estate, great location Ouest of Paris, quiet and peaceful close to the Seine river. Gorgeous! Great breakfast and possibility for dinner on site. Great food and chef! Wonderful place!”

”Excellent resort/department. Beautiful quiet area, really comfortable and nice place to stay overnight. Two cats giving you a sense of a nice touch of countryside. Really beautifully served breakfast included. I warmly suggest.”

”Lovely host (owner?) welcomed us. Little english but good use of translation app. Small, quiet property with a nice view over the valley. Room was new and very well done and equipped with everything one would need. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. The rooms are laid out such that other guests walk past your patio and doors which is probably unavoidable but obviously has an impact on privacy. The grounds are only partially complete but it really isn't an issue. I suppose the oddest issue...

”Trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Lugn och fin miljö.”

”Super !!”

”Beautiful property. Very quaint. Conveniently down the road to Monet Gardens, house and museum. Lovely breakfast.”

”Property looked great in pictures, fairly decent upon arrival. The main disappointment was that there was absolutely no one present in the whole property when we arrived. We had to call a phone number and wait until the receptionist arrived and took us to our room. The restaurant was not open and so was the spa. The property and room were fair but we would not recommend this place at all for the absolute lack of service availability.”
