”Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated ”

”Great location, ski in, everything is within few steps away! Nice swimming pools, sauna and jacuzzi. Room was very comfortable and had everything and more than we needed. Really enjoyed the place and location.”

”Très bon hôtel pour un séjour au ski. Bien placé, très propre et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable. Chambres bien pensées. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées mais rien de grave. Ski shop pratique et personnel serviable. Espace détente agréable même si la piscine, aveugle, est assez petite et très bruyante. Réservée au plus de 12 ans pour assurer un minimum de calme, elle est régulièrement squattée par des familles avec de jeunes enfants parfois très bruyants. C’est insupportable...

”Olemme olleet alueella muutaman kerran ja ajattelimme kokailla tällä kertaa tätä hotellia. Tässä lyhyt vuodatus : kuvat eivät kerro sitä kuinka ränsistynyt paikka on. Todella likainen. Ihmestystä herätti myös se että asiakasta pyydetään suorittamaan inventaatio kun tullaan hotelille ja sitten vielä tehdään lopputarkastus lähtöpäivänä jonka jälkeen saa depositin/ennakkon takaisin. Hotelli todellinen sokkello joten jos käy huon onni joutuu liikkumaan monella hissillä ja autotallien läpi...

”Tres agreable sejour chez Serges et Kery son epouse. Je venais voir mon fils er ma belle fille qui travaillent à Bourg Saint Maurice. Ne trouvant rien sur Bourg, j ai trouvé la Maison Caramel à Landry à 8km de Bourg. Landry est tres bien desservi sur Bourg par la N90 et c est en plus un joli spot pour pleins de randonnées. L accueil de Serges et Kery fut top, l endroit joli (pourtant j ai eu pluie, neige et brouillard🙂) et le gite confortable. ”

”Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel.
