Welcome to this 19th-century house, located in Les Assions, near Les Vans. People come here above all to gather: with family, friends, and children, around a good meal, by the river, or to explore the magnificent landscapes of Southern Ardèche. The house is being progressively renovated while preserving its authentic character, with its spacious rooms, original materials, and warm atmosphere. The river is about 800 meters away, and Les Vans is just a 5-minute drive. This gives you the ideal location to alternate between swimming days, walks, local markets, outdoor activities, and relaxing moments at home.

👉 The house can accommodate up to 15 guests, but it is particularly comfortable for groups of up to 10 adults with children.
